Solace 210 and Respiro 270, without the brochure

Both are mild, both are 1.3 ATA. The decision is diameter, and who has to live with it every evening.

Solace 210 and Respiro 270 sit at the front of the line for a reason. They are the chambers people can actually place. The pressure is the same class — 1.3 ATA — and the materials are the same family. What changes is the circle you lie in.

Solace is 53 cm across. That is a precise, compact tube: a bolster, a window at the end, a mattress cut to the curve. It is the chamber that travels, and the one that fits a room already full of other furniture. It is also the narrowest. Anyone with a larger frame, or anyone who dislikes enclosed spaces, should not be talked into it.

Respiro opens that circle to 68 cm. Still a home-scale object, still one person, but with enough width to shift a shoulder and bend a knee. Clinics with a small treatment room often stop here. Families who tried Solace and wanted more air usually do too.

Neither replaces Vitaeris 320. At 81 cm, with room for a parent beside a child, the flagship is a different specification. If the brief is “one adult, tight room, or a life that moves”, start with Solace and only step up if the diameter is the objection.

Price follows the same order. Solace is the most attainable in the line — often compared, fairly, with a serious home sauna rather than with a clinical steel vessel. The warranty published for this entry pair is five years. The European desk quotes the delivered figure, so the comparison is not a website price against a surprise invoice.
